Hi, I don't know, whether this issue had already popped up in the discussion, but when it comes to EU Constitution, one could ask: how it will look like? Should the text include treaties like was with the last attempt or should it be "summary" of the treaties, charters (which is essentially treaty itself) with references to the articles in treaties/charters, decisions of the courts? The first option is good, as it means that only one document is needed, but it's bad, as the text becomes essentially unreadable. The second is perfectly readable, but regular observation of amendments in annexes (treaties) is needed. What do you think about this? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.diem25.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9802HR System Video
