IV, Section I
When a position becomes vacant before a biannual election season, an emergency election is to be called by a Regis, Reginos, or Reginol.
IV, Section II
Emergency elections will have the days of voting, but only one week of campaigning, so that positions are filled faster.
IV, Section III
One may become a candidate for an emergency election by being nominated by another Regin or by declaring their candidacy. Only one Regin must nominate someone who declares their candidacy during an emergency election.
IV, Section IV
The Regis may always appoint someone to a position and bypass the election, during an emergency or not, but if the Reginos does not approve of the appointment, an election must still occur.
