Section I
The Reginos shall be the second-in-command of Regicide. They shall rank between a Reginol and the Regis and serve as one of the four Reginol in addition to their duties as Reginos.
Section II
The Reginos is charged with keeping the power of the Regis in check. If a Regis abused their power, a Reginos may remove the Regis, preferably with the consent of the other Reginols.
